Organizational Development

As a forward-thinking leader, you want to maintain the motivation of your employees and managers in phases of change.

You know that your company has to keep pace with trends and new external conditions in order to remain competitive. Thus, you are aware of the importance of innovation. People usually approach new and uncertain things with fear, and as a reaction they may also show resistance. Following an in-depth exchange between you as an entrepreneur and me as a consultant, we jointly define what you want to achieve. Based on your objectives and your company's mission, I develop a tailor-made concept.  I also recommend steps and innovative methods to involve your employees in the process and include them in developing and implementing your plans. I use in experiential learning activities that facilitate reflection on personal and collective behavior.

LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY®

LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® is a visualization method to make complex tasks visible, to "grasp" them and to develop solutions. Alone or in a team, participants build individual 3-D models for concrete tasks. In the process, implicit knowledge is accessed, metaphors and storytelling are used, and different perspectives are obtained for a solution to a problem. These solutions are made "visible" together in the group and concrete measures for action are derived from them.

COOKING & COACHING

A wonderful team building method is cooking together. Participants are given a set of ingredients with the goal of cooking a menu from the available ingredients within a given time. This allows team members to get to know each other in a whole new way and experience how they can work together to overcome uncertain situations. After the meal together, success criteria are reflected upon, which the team can transfer to their everyday professional life.
