My work methods and ethics

As a coach, I am committed to a systemic-constructivist approach, which means that I trust in the resources and competencies of my clients. I do not give advice. Together with (and not for!) my clients, individually appropriate solutions suitable for everyday life are developed. We do not analyze the past, but focus on a goal to be achieved and the resources that you, as a client, bring with you for the achievement of your goal.


Mindfulness, confidentiality, solution orientation and empathy are part of my professional ethics. My motto for coaching: Be a good host!

  • What does the process look like?

    • In a free initial meeting, you describe your concerns to me, get to know me as a coach, and we discuss the general conditions as well as your expectations, goals, and criteria for success. This conversation is non-binding.
    • You consider whether I am the right sparring partner for you, if so, we arrange the date for the first session.
    • We define a clear goal for the coaching.
    • Depending on your concerns, we need 3-5 sessions to arrive at the goal.
    • We only agree on the next appointment and you decide when the goal is reached for you.
  • Where does the coaching take place?

    The right environment makes a lot of difference in coaching. That is why I have created a beautiful, quiet environment surrounded by greenery in my practice in Vienna’s 19th district. You are very welcome!

    Coaching can also take place online (via Zoom, MS Teams) or at a location of your choice.

  • In what formats is coaching offered?

    Coaching is a one-on-one form of consulting. We can conduct this - depending on the task and your wishes - in the following formats:

    • Live online via Zoom, MS Teams, Webex
    • Face-to-face meetings in my office or at a location of your choice.
  • In which languages do you offer coaching?

    I conduct coaching sessions in German, English and French.
