"The fire that burns within us and that we ignite in people we lead multiplies." Through decades of leadership experience in the luxury hotel industry, I have come to know the sunny and dark sides of leadership - I pass on my learnings with great passion and joy to leaders, teams and companies who are willing to learn. The individual inspiration, growth and further development of people and organizations is at the center of my entrepreneurial activities – I inspire leaders.

My own upbringing in an intercultural environment, as well as numerous stays abroad, sensitized me to working with people from different backgrounds. I also bring my own leadership experience as well as my will to not only satisfy people, but to always want to exceed expectations, to all my assignments. I meet every counterpart - from the service team to the manager - at eye level and based on the task at hand, I enter "your world" to inspire YOU!
