This Privacy Policy outlines Inspiring Leaders e.U.’s (“we”, “our” or “the Company”) practices with respect to information collected from users who access our website at www.inspiringleaders.at (“Site”), or otherwise share personal information with us (collectively: “Users”).

The protection of your personal data is of particular concern to us.
Inspiring Leaders e.U., as the responsible party, processeses your personal data exclusively on the basis of the legal provisions.
1. Legal basis and purposes of data processing
Inspiring Leaders e.U. processes personal data that you provide to us or that we collect from you
to fulfill contractual obligations (Art 6 para 1 lit b GDPR),
on the basis of legal obligations (Art 6 Abs 1 lit c GDPR),
on the basis of your consent (Art 6 para 1 lit a GDPR as well as Art 9 para 2 lit a GDPR)
to protect our legitimate interests (Art 6 para 1 lit f GDPR).
Grounds for data collection
Processing of your personal information (meaning, any information which may potentially allow your identification with reasonable means; hereinafter “Personal Information” is necessary for the following purposes:
- To initiate business concerning our range of services
- For the performance of our contractual obligations towards you and providing you with our services
- For maintaining the business relationship and personal contact
When you use the Site, you consent to the collection, storage, use, disclosure and other uses of your Personal Information as described in this Privacy Policy.
We encourage our Users to carefully read the Privacy Policy and use it to make informed decisions.
2. Recipients of personal data
For data processing, we use order processors such as cloud and software providers.
We disclose your personal data to the following categories of recipients only to fulfill contractual obligations, based on legal obligations, based on your consent, and to protect our legitimate interests:

For example, we conclude standard contractual clauses (2010/87/EC and/or 2004/915/EC) for this purpose.

If you contact us by mail, the data you provide will be stored by us for the purpose of processing your request and further communication. We will not share this data without your consent.
Video conferencing
For video conferencing and online training, we use software such as Zoom, MS Teams or Skype. In order for you to use all the functionalities of the apps, the respective program will need to access some features and data on your device, such as the device camera and microphone: this technically requires that you grant the program certain access permissions. If you do not grant these permissions, you will not be able to use some functionalities.

Newsletter
You have the possibility to subscribe to our newsletter. For this we need your e-mail address and your declaration that you agree to receive the newsletter and / or invitations to exclusive events.
Once you have subscribed to the newsletter, we will send you an email with a link to confirm your subscription.
You can cancel your subscription to the newsletter at any time. You will find an unsubscribe link in each of our mailings. We will then immediately delete your data in connection with the newsletter mailing.
Facebook page
When you visit our Facebook page, personal data (documentation of usage behavior) is processed by Facebook using cookies. From this information, anonymized statistical data about page activity is created and automatically provided to us (Insights). We are jointly responsible with Facebook for this data processing in accordance with Article 26 of the General Data Protection Regulation. In doing so, we rely on our legitimate interests. Our Xing pages use functions of the XING network. The provider is XING AG, Dammtorstraße 29- 32, 20354 Hamburg, Germany. Each time one of our pages containing XING functions is called up, a connection to XING servers is established.

Our LinkeIn page uses functions of the LinkedIn network. The provider is LinkedIn Corporation, 2029 Stierlin Court, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA. Each time one of our pages containing LinkedIn functions is accessed, a connection to LinkedIn servers is established. LinkedIn is informed that you have visited our web pages with your IP address. If you click the "Recommend Button" of LinkedIn and are logged into your account at LinkedIn, it is possible for LinkedIn to assign your visit to our website to you and your user account. We would like to point out that we, as the provider of the pages, have no knowledge of the content of the transmitted data or its use by LinkedIn. You can prevent this by setting up your browser so that no cookies are stored. We have concluded a corresponding contract with the provider for order data processing. Your IP address is recorded, but immediately pseudonymized. This means that only a rough localization is now possible.
The data processing is carried out on the basis of the legal provisions of § 96 para 3 TKG as well as Art 6 para 1 lit a (consent) and/or f (legitimate interest) of the GDPR.
Our concern in terms of the GDPR (legitimate interest) is the improvement of our offer and our web presence. Since the privacy of our users is important to us, the user data is pseudonymized. The user data is stored for a period of at least 25 months.
4. Duration of data storage
Your personal data will only be processed by us for as long as the above-mentioned purposes require. In any case, we process your personal data until the termination of the business relationship or until the expiry of the warranty, guarantee, limitation and statutory retention periods applicable to the responsible party. In addition, we process your personal data until the termination of any legal disputes in which the data is required as evidence. Furthermore, we only store your personal data in those cases where the effort to delete individual personal data is too high (e.g. within project documents), in order to avoid economic disadvantages for the responsible party.
5. Reference to data subject rights
In principle, you are entitled to the rights of information, correction, deletion, restriction, data portability and objection. For this purpose, please contact us.
Since we process the personal data in our legitimate interests, you generally have the right to object if you have reasons arising from your particular situation that speak against this processing.
Since we (also) process the personal data for direct marketing purposes, you may object to this processing for direct marketing purposes at any time.
The personal data that you have voluntarily provided to us on the basis of consent can be revoked at any time. A revocation will result in us no longer processing your data for the above-mentioned purposes from that point on.
